Where Do We Deliver?
We currently ship within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How Much Is Shipping?
We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $80 CAD.
For orders under $80 CAD, a flat shipping fee of $8.49 CAD applies.
What Are the Shipping Times?
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
Once processed, delivery usually takes 6–9 business days.
Total Shipping Time: 7–11 business days.
Order Cutoff Time
Cutoff: 5:00 PM EST.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our customer service team immediately. We are here to assist you and ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Please note that delays caused by Canada Post, courier disruptions, severe weather, or other events outside of our control do not qualify as grounds for a refund of shipping charges.
