Orders & Shipping
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Handling time is 1–2 business days, and transit time is 6–9 business days, for an estimated delivery of 7–11 business days.
Free shipping on all Canadian orders over $80 CAD. For orders under $80 CAD, a flat shipping fee of $8.49 CAD applies.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your package on our Track Your Order page.
We currently ship exclusively within Canada. We're working to expand our shipping destinations — stay tuned.
Returns & Refunds
We provide a 30-day return policy on all purchases. Visit our Return and Refund Policy page for complete details.
If you receive a defective item, we'll replace it at no cost. Please contact us and return the item within 30 days.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
